Running With ScissorsI'm so in love with Augusten Burroughs.
-Le sigh-Just finished reading his book, which basically is a memoir of his life in his twenties,
Drywhich i unearthed in a pile of unwanted books and bought for $5...
Went to the library hoping to find more of his books, namely
Running With Scissorswhich is yet another memoir of his life as a child
(yes, i know i should have read this one first, but how was i supposed to know!).
Instead, i found this!
SellevisionI'm so addicted to his genre of books. Sorta like male chick lit.

Anyway, i was browsing through CDs and i saw something surprising...
Keisha, Mutya and whatshername.Remember the Sugababes? I totally <3 them!
Sugababes with new member AmelleApparently, Mutya, the original lead singer, left last December.
So they yanked this new girl Amelle in and promptly released a new version of their latest album, Taller In More Ways. Keisha must be damn happy being the lau jiao in the group. See, she even have extra things on her head!
I saw the new cover and the first thought was,
"What the freak!? Why the fat one now so thin???"Even though i'll still love them, i kinda miss the original lineup of girls...
Keisha, Siobhan and Mutya. All of them had that exotic look to them. That's what got me into them in the first place. Their rojakness. That and their irritating stuck-in-my-head song Overload.
Train comes and i know it's destination,
it's a one way ticket to a madman situation.
Train comes and i know it's destination, (yea yea yea!)
it's a one way ticket to a madman situation.
Ahem...
Then Siobhan left and that infuriatingly plain girl, Heidi, took over. It was quite a sad moment when i saw the album, Three, with that girl with the silly plaits
(honey, look at the camera like the other two please).
At least they had the sense not to get another normal pretty girl this time. Amelle, of Moroccan descent, sure looks promising. Maybe they just need to have chocolate, caramel and vanilla in their lineup.
Another one of those indistinct girls and the group would be called Atomic Kitten.
Just have to get used to not listening to Mutya's vocals anymore.
(I'm sure many of you out there have no idea what i'm blabbering about. I'm like one of the few who's a fan of Sugababes. Not a big fan, but a fan nonetheless.)
