I'm having a dilemma now...
I can't decide whether to go to
NIE or to go to
FASS@NUS (please refer to the previous entry). Both has it's pros and cons.
Pros of
NIE:
- Given a salary (ard $1115) as you study
- Ensured a stable job after studying (cos bonded for four years)
Cons of NIE:
- Cannot fail any exams or i must pay them back (or so i heard from friends)
- BONDED! (sounds so trapped)
- Job scope limited (Pri sch/Sec sch teacher)
- Not exactly my "passion"
V.S.
Pros of FASS:
First year studying a general topic before choosing what course to take
My "passion" (sort of)
Interesting courses (psychology, sociology, geography, english)
If i still wanna teach, i can go NIE afterwards
FASS sounds way cooler than NIE
Cons of FASS:
- Not paid while studying
- Wide range of courses, might not be able to pick one that suits me
- Might have difficulties finding a job after graduating
Someone please advice me on what to do!!! Argh!!! *pulls hair*

On a lighter note,
HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
I went to town yesterday with the intent of getting my mummy a present. And i did!
The gift is somewhere in this picture.
Colin and me spent like an entire hour ensuring the that present was perfect, but to no avail cos we were getting very pek chek. In the end, we got help from the shop assistant and she did it like in five mins...
The end result:
Nice right? Haha...
